Bill first started to write songs when he was only seven years old. That is when he wrote Leb Die Sekunde, one of Tokio Hotel's songs.

Bill doesn't like untouched nature becuase of the bugs that are there (and mosquitoes), and would rather stay inside than be outside

Bill is very artistic and draws a lot. He often designs clothes and plans to become a fashion designer when he is finished with his singing career.



In 2003 Bill participated in the German version of Star Search. He sang 'It's Raining Men' , because of a bet he lost with his twin borther, Tom. Bill lost in the quarter finals, but that gave him the chance to go back Devilish and help create Tokio Hotel



In March 2008 Bill lost his voice. The doctor said that he had a cyst on his throat, and that he needed an operation. Bill could not use his voice for 10 days, and had to go through vocal rehabilitation, but he is fine now and is singing once again.
